Pricing:
1409 SEK for a standard double room for single use.
The price includes VAT, breakfast and Wifi.
The last day to make a reservation for this event is on the 15th of July 2021. After that all bookings are on request. If you have not booked a room until then you are welcome to contact the hotel directly with booking code 5058617 for availability and prices.
Opening hours: Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm, local time.
Your reservation is guaranteed against your credit card, but you will pay for your stay at the hotel when checking in.
The latest day to cancel or modify your reservation is 14 days prior to arrival.

Elite Hotel Arcadia is a welcoming oasis in central Stockholm. The hotel has a personal and relaxed atmosphere that is nice to enter after a day filled with meetings and activities. The garden offers a tranquil place to be.
At Elite Hotel Arcadia you can relax, enjoy good food and sleep in comfortable beds. There are 90 spacious rooms with inviting décor and details in happy colours. The hotel also offers two apartments with equipped pantry that works just as well for a weekend as a longer stay in Stockholm. There are four modern conference venues with capacity for up to 55 people.
Near the hotel is Östra Station with buses to Djurgården, Skansen, Gröna Lund, Junibacken, Odenplan, Solna and Frösunda. The hotel is close to the legendary sports arena Stadion, the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), the Royal College of Music and the School of Architecture. Nice running routes are just around the corner. If you arrive by car the exit is Norrtull towards Valhallavägen.
With the help of our partners, we can offer you to wash the car while you stay with us. Your car is picked up at the hotel, then they either perform a careful exterior wash including light interior cleaning or comprehensive refinement of the car's inside and outside and afterwards they return your car to the hotel. Elite Hotel Arcadia offers a new fresh gym with a classic décor. It offers weights & exercise machines for an effective workout. Adjacent to the gym, there are changing rooms for men and women and a large unisex sauna.
Enjoy a comfortable stay with your dog at our hotel. We offer a limited amount of rooms for those who want to bring their furry friend along. Stay together with your dog in your room for an additional cost of 200 SEK/night. Take the time to experience the beautiful nature and enjoy long walks around the hotel area during your stay.

Check-in is guaranteed from 15.00 on the day of arrival and check-out takes place no later than 11.00 on the day of departure.
If you arrive early, we can store your luggage in our luggage room until your room is ready. We can also store your luggage after you have checked out.

Elite Hotel Arcadia has its own garage in the same building. The parking spaces can be pre-booked at the front desk or online. We have 2 chargers in the garage, one of which is for Tesla that you can use for SEK 200 as an extra cost. Go to the reception where you get a key card for the entry.

At Elite Hotel Arcadia we want to promote health and therefore we offers all who likes to run and exercisedefault routes in the app Runkeeper. We have produced our favorite rounds as you can easily follow, three routes of varying length from 2,5 to 11,7 kilometers.
Route A - Lill-Jansskogen (2,5 km)
Route B - Hagaparken (6 km)
Route C - Brunnsviken (11,7 km)
The Hotel offers laundry service. Laundry collected before 9 am will be returned the same day after 6 pm. This service is availble Mondays until Fridays. There will be a additional charge for laundry on saturdays, sundays and express service.
As our guest, you have free access to wireless internet in all our hotel rooms, public areas and conference rooms.

BY METRO
Red line to Mörby Centrum and the station Tekniska Högskolan. Follow signs
to Körsbärsvägen and the hotel, that is about a hundred metres from the exit.
BY TRAIN
Take the Metro or a taxi from Stockholms Central station to the hotel.
BY BUS
There are bus stops at Tekniska Högskolan and Valhallavägen, both are just a hundred metres from the hotel.
BY CAR
E4 from north and south: follow signs to Norrtull and from there signs to Värtahamnen. Go along Valhallavägen and after 200 metres the hotel is visible on the left side. Make a left turn at the crossing Valhallavägen – Odengatan. That’s Körsbärsvägen and the hotel is right in front of you.
PARKING
The hotel offers a few garage spaces that can be booked via the front desk. There is also a public parking area below the hotel, at Valhallavägen.
