Elite Stadshotellet, with 132 modern and comfortably appointed rooms, is a recently opened and newly renovated hotel in the middle of Eskilstuna. The hotel, which was destroyed in a massive fire in 2009, has been extensively refurbished and restored to its original appearance and classic charm. In addition, the hotel will now offer modern conference facilities equipped with the latest in meeting technology.
Elite Stadshotellet enjoys a central location on the banks of the Eskilstuna River within walking distance of the bus and train station, city shopping and entertainment. The Bishop’s Arms pub will offer its wide range of beer, whisky and beautifully prepared food in a cosy, atmospheric setting. Welcome.

The location was nice, water view and the cathedral. The cleaning of the room is not the best. You could see the dust on the floor and under the desk. I am allergic to dust so it is important for me.
Fina rum, fina faciliteter och trevlig personal. Citynära. Med tanke på att ni har familjerum och att ni på hemsidan lovade påskaktiviteter för familjer, blev vi grymt besvikna när det visade sig att personalen inte hade en aning om några påskaktiviteter! ( Eskilstuna var med bland de utvalde hotellen på hemsidan)Vi som morföräldrar och vår dotter med familj valde familjerummen på Elite stadshotellet mycket på grund av de utlovade aktiviteterna! Hotellet erbjöd inte ens en lekhörna för barn! Alltså inget hotell vi skulle välja med barnbarnen igen. Sen borde man titta över minibaren, vi fick uppleva att tidigare gäster ätit upp chips och sen ställt tillbaka den tomma burken, det kändes si så där, även om vi blev kompenserade med nya chips och en ursäkt i receptionen. Detta hände på både rum 307 och 303!
Centralt och fint nere vid vattnet. Trevlig personal och bra och fräsch frukost. Bra storlek på familjerummen med stor dubbelsäng + bäddsoffa som blir en stor dubbelsäng till (plats för två barn)

Comfort and flexibility! Perfect room for three guests. Great breakfast for us Master-swimmers 👌 We changed our booking from 2 guests til 3 and had this confirmed by email. But number of glas and towels were only for two guests. Annoying! But still a great visit thou!
Reception staff are exceptionally efficient and helpful. Always provide a warm welcome. Everything was perfect, can't think of where an improvement could be made.

Att min bästa vän och eran bästa anställda Vladislava hade sett till att jag och min sambo fick en sån trevlig och underbar vistelse. Inget!
Trevlig bemötande, bra standard, bra parkeringsmöjligheter och GOD frukostbuffé. Dörröppnare (på våningsplan in till rätt korridor) skulle vara bra då man skall dra kort en bit bort och hantera packning och dörr.

Staff especially reception!! very friendly and very helpfull. The food packet we had through our reservation at the Bishops Arms was an absolute 10/10 and one of the most friendly waiters we have been served with for a long time. nothing

At Elite Stadshotellet we want to promote health and therefore we offer all who likes to run and exercise default routes in the app Runkeeper. We have produced our favourite rounds as you can easily follow, three routes of varying length from 3 to 8 kilometres.

History of the hotel
Elite Stadshotellet is one of the most elegant meeting places in town and gatherings for up to 500 people can be held as well as banquets for up to 350. All the venues are equipped with the latest conference technology. Although the hotel is a new Elite Hotel, its origins date back to 1939.
For 70 years, the hotel was the largest hotel in the town with conference facilities, restaurant, and nightclub. Just as the hotel was about to celebrate its 70th anniversary, a major fire devastated the oldest part of the building. Three years on, Elite Hotels has taken over, now under the name Elite Stadshotellet.

By car from E20
Take the exit Eskilstuna C and follow the signs towards the city centre. Drive by the church building to your left and follow the road across the bridge. Turn left at the roundabout and you will see the hotel.
By train
The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Eskilstuna Central Station. Walk along Drottninggatan, turn right at Hamngatan next to the river (Eskilstunaån). The hotel is opposite the church building with two towers.
