Welcome to work out and relax at a local gym, located on the hotel's ground floor! As a hotel guest, you have access to a bright and well-equipped gym as well as a relaxation area with sauna and a smaller cooling pool (22 °C). The gym offers personal training.
NatureFitness has everything you need for a complete workout; treadmills, exercise machines, TRX, dumbells and Pilates balls. The hotel offers valet parking for 395 SEK per night (subject to availability), where we take care of the car and park it for you in our private outdoor parking (unattended). Please ask the reception staff for help with parking and we will take care of the car when you check-in.
At the reception, you can also buy parking tickets for P-hus Avenyn which is located near the hotel. For 295 SEK (ordinary price 500 SEK) you get a 24-hour ticket.
You can also park on your own at Lorensbergsparkeringen, which is a two-deck car park behind the hotel.
Outside the entrance, you will find parking spaces intended for boarding and alighting.
Room Service is only available for breakfast during the summer period.

At Elite Park Avenue Hotel we want to promote health and therefore we offers all who likes to run and exercise default routes in the app Runkeeper. We have produced our favorite rounds as you can easily follow, three routes of varying length from 2,5 to 9 kilometers.
Elite Park Avenue Hotel offers a laundry service. All laundry brought in before 8:30 a.m. will be washed and returned the same afternoon. Laundry brought in after 8:30 a.m. will be washed and returned the following day. This service is available Monday-Friday. For information, please contact housekeeping or the front desk.
