Parts of the gym are currently being renovated. This can cause disturbing noise as well as limited space in the gym. If you have any questions, please contact the hotel.

Welcome to work out and relax at a local gym, located on the hotel's ground floor! As a hotel guest, you have access to a bright and well-equipped gym as well as a relaxation area with sauna and a smaller cooling pool (22 °C). The gym offers personal training.

NatureFitness has everything you need for a complete workout; treadmills, exercise machines, TRX, dumbells and Pilates balls. For those of you who wish to relax in the sauna or cooling pool, we recommend that you pre-book your visit on telephone 031-727 10 00. Children under the age of 16 are welcome to the relaxation department in the company of an adult between 10.00-15.00 every day of the week.

At the reception, you can also buy parking tickets for P-hus Avenyn which is located near the hotel. For 295 SEK (ordinary price 500 SEK) you get a 24-hour ticket.

You can also park on your own at Lorensbergsparkeringen, which is a two-deck car park behind the hotel.

Outside the entrance, you will find parking spaces intended for boarding and alighting.
