Overlooking Malmö C is our unique Elite Hotel Savoy offering a special atmosphere and stylish rooms. Here you are next to the channel, near shops and entertainment, in a hotel with nooks and crannies, chandeliers and impressive ceiling height.
The hotel consists of two buildings, the main building and a nearby property, Lilla Hotellet. The Bishop Arms and our conference venues are also part of the hotel.
During the autumn of 2023 until spring of 2024, the Elite Hotel Savoy will undergo a facade renovation to restore its former, ancient appearance. We look forward to the result and wish our guests a warm welcome both during and after the renovation.

About Elite Hotel Savoy in Malmö
Elite Hotel Savoy, opposite Malmö C, is one of the oldest and most special hotels in Sweden. Once a tavern, dating back to the 14th century, it’s hard to imagine the number of people that have been accommodated in this spot and enjoyed food, beverage, and special occasions.
Elite Hotel Savoy is a unique hotel and an excellent choice for business travellers and people who want to enjoy a weekend in Malmö in a special hotel. The K-marked building is renovated with great care. You’ll note the special atmosphere once you step into the welcoming lobby and take the stairs or the elevator to your room. The hotel consists of two buildings, a main building and a nearby property, Lilla Hotellet
The Bishops Arms, our gastropub with a genuine British atmosphere, offers a classic pub menu and a wide range of beer and whiskey.
Elite Hotel Savoy offers 117 hotel rooms in the main building, a banquet hall and four conference rooms with a capacity for up to 120 people. Adjacent to the conference rooms is a nice gathering area for mingling and events. At Lilla Hotellet there are 72 standard hotel rooms and a shop in the lobby for the purchase of food and drink 24 hours a day.

Very nice hotel Nothing
The lady at the reception was very effective, nice and polite. I had to leave at 02.30, and the gentleman there was very helpful. The room 111 was very nice, extra nice with air conditioning. The visit was short, but nice. Thank you.

Läget är superbt, och känslan av ett riktigt anrikt hotell. Personalen i receptionen var väldigt trevliga och serviceminded. Känslan av kvalitet blev tyvärr uppblandad av vissa negativa upplevelser av olika grad: 1) Obehaglig lukt i badrummet. 2) Dåligt diskade tallrikar vid en av frukostarna. 3) Ej bortstädade underställsförpackningar i klädkammaren från tidigare boende. 4) Inga dricksglas alls på mitt deluxerum inkl badrum.

This was my first visit to the hotel and my experience was entirely positive, even though it was understandably a little busy due to an event. The staff at the desk were always very friendly and helpful, the room (deluxe double) was clean and tidy, with more than enough space. It would have been even better if you could book a paid late checkout in advance. For organizational reasons, this was only possible on the day of departure.
Bra läge, trevlig atmosfär, god och riklig frukost Dåligt att inte kontrollera och åtgärda rummets faciliteter. I vårt fall fick vi använda en hink med vatten för att kunna spola ordentligt på toaletten (rum 223). Saknade någon typ av matta på golvet i rummet.

The breakfast was good. Some customer service would have been appreciated from the staff. After checking in we had to go back once again to ask where the breakfast would be served and at what hours. Then the person behind the counter showed us the breakfastsheet which was there all the time. We weren't informed about our checkout time either. Coming in to my room the window is fully open and it's freezing in the room. I turned on the radiator to max but didn't help. I slept under 2 blankets that night. When checking out no one even asked if we had a good stay at the hotel. We realised the day after that there was both a gym and a steam sauna which they never mentioned either. Won't come back and won't recommend this hotel. I've stayed at several Elite hotels but this one was truly unique in customer service, or the lack of it.
Att vi fick det vi önskade ett rum med badkar. Skulle vara att det fanns lite mer kaffe och mjölk. Nu när man fick så gott kaffe på rummet.
Flinkt og service mindet personale. Beliggenheden. Hotellet er ved at være slidt og trænger til renovering og en opdatering hele vejen rundt.
Läget i Malmö var toppen. Nära centralen och nära lilla torg. Däremot! Laga era dörrar, handtaget satt helt löst, ha rena handdukar utan fläckar(usch!!), meddela gäster att det är renovering på fasaden, och berätta att vattentrycket är katastrof på 5e våningen. Dessutom fick vi två gånger gå till receptionen för att få korten återaktiverade då de helt plötsligt slutade fungerade. En bra service ser till att man får kompensation utan att be om det. Serviceyrken är pinsamma nuförtiden. Hälsningar en som själv arbetar inom serviceyrket.
Nära till Malmö Central samt City. Information om er fasadrenovering hade varit bra att få vid beställning via er hemsida.

My room -
Frukosten är trevlig och närheten till t-centralen. Först fick jag ett rum som vette mot byggställningar. För att arbetarna inte skulle se rakt in i mitt rum hade jag varit tvungen att dra igen alla gardiner i rummet. Detta var inget jag upplystes om vid bokning och det trycker jag är riktigt dåligt. Jag bad om att få ett annat rum om det fanns möjlighet. Det fick jag också och det var ett stort och fint rum. Tyvärr stank det i badrummet och man fick nästan hålla andan för att gå in dit. Lukten gick inte bort trots att jag spolade flitigt i alla avlopp. Nu orkade jag inte gå att säga till igen. Utöver det upplever jag att hotellet är väl slitet och dåligt underhållet med kantstötta möbler och färgbortfall på lister mm. Konstigt att det klassa som 4-stjärnigt.
God frukost, inget problem med att få behålla rummet till kl 11.30 för att anpassa till min tågavgång. Mycket bra läge avseende närhet till Malmö centralstation. God mat på Bishop Arms som är beläget i anslutning till hotellet.

Fint rum Fruktansvärt kallt när vi kom, det fanns ett värmeelement som tur var men det hjälpte inte på toaletten. När vi fått upp värmen i rummet fick vi sätta in elementet på toaletten för att värma upp den , sedan räckte det med att ha dörren till toaletten öppen så blev det lite varmare. Varmare spec på toaletten

We collaborate with “P-Malmo” that has a parking garage about 200 meters from the hotel. Buy the ticket at the front desk before you park and feel welcome to leave the luggage with us while you’re parking. There is no need to pre-book as there are always spaces available in the garage. There are four spaces on the third floor that offer charging stations for an electric vehicle. We can however never guarantee that those spaces are free.

The hotel, built in 1862 is one of our country’s oldest and most prestigious hotels. In the year 1902, the hotel was named after the elegant Hotel Savoy in London.
Since 1983, Elite Hotel Savoy is owned by Elite Hotels of Sweden.
