Comment: The hotel was clean and we liked the go green option. We thought the bed was uncomfortable and didn't sleep well on it. I have a condition I can't have normal coffee (doctors orders) so need to have de caffenated coffee but the hotel didn't have any at all. We would have liked a room on the other side of the hotel as it was very noisy on the street side. We were woke up with people outside. We asked for a wake up call on the day we left as we needed to catch a flight and never got it. The staff were very helpful and we were able to get a packed breakfast to take away .

Comment: Fantastiskt utsikt från rummet Tillmötesgå min önska att ha en extra fåtölj till rummet Bättre receptionist med ett leende och att de närvarar hela tiden och inte försvinner. Satsa på en kurs i hur man bemöter kunder. Bättre frukost, det var kaos så styr lite med att kunder ska boka tiden till frukosten då vi fick stå och vänta länge och ha frukost personal som bemöter trycket

Turn left at the last stoplights before the harbor and follow Lasarettsgatan down to the harbor where the hotel is located.

E4 south

Drive into the roundabout and take the second exit to the right towards the harbor/city. You’ll see the hotel after about two hundred metres, on the right side.

The hotel is within a 3-minute walk from Örnsköldsvik's central station, the hub for trains and buses in Örnsköldsvik. The hotel is easy to spot as it’s housed in the tallest building in the city.
