Underbar utsikt. Fantastisk frukost med färska frukter och grönsaker, nybakade bröd och bakelser. Mycket trevlig personal som hjälpte till med vår valp när vi var borta. Vid ankomsten fanns påskägg och pysselgrejer till barnen! Rent, förutom en dag då det var ostädat i rummet.
Lugnet och den fina hotellmiljön i den gamla industribyggnaden. Möjligheten till båtresa från centrala stockholm är ett stort plus.

Incredibly happy with my stay! Beautiful location and views, incredible building and gorgeous interiors. The staff was very welcoming, I even got upgraded to a bigger room! The room was beautiful and clean and had plenty of amenities. The robes were so comfortable! And the spa was wonderful! I got an 80-minute massage, which was incredible, and got to spend 3 hours at the spa afterwards. Couldn’t have asked for better! I ordered room service in the evening and it was easy, fast and so tasty! I loved my stay and will definitely come back again! The only “downside” was that the room was carpeted which I don’t care for, but it did look very clean. I also could’ve done without the bedspread. Other than that it was all excellent!
The hotel was very nice, and service even better. Great choice of beers at the bar, excellent breakfast. Room was cozy with a sea view so absolutely nothing to complain about! All was great. Will definitively visit again.

Had a nice stay. It was me, my boyfriend and our daughter. And all of us were satisfied with our stay. The lovely surprise Easter egg hunt for our daughter. And how they had set up so she could sleep in her own area. Beds were nice and had a good sleep. And breakfast had good variation and lots of different cuisine to choose from. Overall we were very satisfied.

Trevligt, fina rum, fantastisk mat och en bonus att åka båt till och från hotellet. TVn fungerade inte från början men vi fick fin kompensation.
I celebrated my daughters birthday (11 year old) and the hotel prepared a birthday card and a bag with gifts. One of the staff in the restaurant also prepared a ”is-fackla” / torch? for her dessert - so kind and so appreciated! She was very happy about it all and believed this to be the best hotel stay she has experienced.
Spaet tycker jag gav en guld kant med hamam kitet Menyn för maten var större, men i de paket jag valt fanns bara 3 alternativ för mat. Bredare meny skulle varit topp. Men de var bra ändå.

We really liked the roow The bathtub wasnt clean. The manager at the restaurant could have been more polite. The shower head at the Hamam was really cold and the workers couldn’t help.

Checkade in på hotellet när jag var i sorg och fick ett respektfullt och lugnt bemötande från första möte. Fantastiskt bemötande genomgående från första telefon samtalet för bokning till mottagandet i reception- spat, blev uppgraderad till bättre rum. Tack för en lugn vistelse i en svår stund.

Läget, trevligt rum och frukosten Jag bokade ett spa paket med middag först och spa efter med övernattning, men middagen blev bokad först fel dag..sen blev vi tvungna att byta till spa först och middagen efter. Det hade varit trevlig med någon liten kompensation för besväret.

Bra storlek på rummen, alltid trevlig personal, har bott flera gånger på hotellet. Addera pannkakor/våfflor till frukostbordet. Annars var allt toppen!

Läget och att det är lugnt och trivsamt Då restaurangen var abonnerad för kvällen, vilket vi inte hade fått någon förhandsinformation om, så fick vi inta vår trerätters middag i en barmiljö med hög ljudnivå/hög musik. Ett stort plus för den goda huvudrätten och desserten samt trevlig personal.
I liked very much the spa package concept with access to the spa, 3 course dinner, stay over night and breakfast. Services were super good and the highlight was the spa, of course and also the yummy breakfast. Make the access to the hammam kit included int the spa package, as it doesn't make any sense to have access to the place without the kit.

Stockholm Arlanda Airport
Arlanda Express goes non-stop to Stockholm central station. Flygbussarna Airport Coaches offers several stops during the way to the city. Taxi from Arlanda takes about 30 minutes depending on the traffic. The taxi companies know the address to the hotel and we recommend that you confirm the price before the journey.
Bromma Airport
Go by taxi or take Flygbussarna Airport Coaches to Stockholm Cityterminalen.
By car
From Slussen: Drive along Stadsgårdsleden towards Nacka. At the large intersection in Henriksdal, turn left onto Kvarnholmsvägen, drive left at the roundabout into Hästholmsvägen and continue straight until you see a tunnel down to the right. Take the first exit on the left in the tunnel, park in the garage, Utsikten, on the 11th floor. Get your parking ticket in the machine, you can pay with a card or via the MobilPark app. Code for entry & exit is on the ticket.

The nearest Metro station is Slussen.
By Bus
Take Bus 53, from the central station ( T-centralen) or Slussen (Location L) to Henriksdalsviadukten. You will reach the hotel with a short walk. Take left at the roundabout and then follow the first road on the right (Västra Finnbodavägen), where there is a lift down to the hotel.
By Ferry boat
Take the ferry boat from Nybrokajen to Saltsjöqvarn, about 10 minutes. Both SL-tickets and the Stockholm Pass is valid. Buy the ticket before you go on board, for example at 7-Eleven at Nybroplan.
