Take the opportunity to invest in yourself and enjoy a calm and delightful atmosphere in the heart of the city this summer. Being a member with us comes with many benefits. We offer our members efficient training and gentle recovery all in one place. From June 1st to August 31st, you have access to both the gym and spa during our opening hours (Mon-Fri) for only 2995 SEK (no admission fee).

If you want to strengthen your body further, you are welcome to enter our 300 square meter gym, where you can also book personal training.

Please note that treatments are not performed on pregnant women who have not passed three months.
