This classic hotel, dating back to 1903, has a majestic entrance hall and an impressive banquet room in a French Renaissance style and is situated in the centre of Luleå. It has resplendent rooms, a gym, restaurant, gastropub and parking.

Trevligt hotell och personal Rummet luktade instängt och unket, fanns inga toalettartiklar såsom bodylotion, bommullspinnar, bommullspads etc. Rummet vääte mot torget och det var stökigt på torget så det var svårt att sova.
Strålande service (som vanligt) och extra plus för tidig incheckning så vi slapp vänta flera timmar. Just ingenting - vi är jättenöjda. Saknade dock hjortronsylten på frukosten. Men man kan väl inte ha allt hela tiden då kanske... :)

Atmosfären, personalens välkommnande sätt OCH frukostvåfflan i belgiska våffeljärnet är helt enkelt oslagbara! Stort PLUS är också att Osterian har öppnat. Testätandet kommer att fortsätta :-)

Ni tog väl hand om födelsedagsfirandet jag bokade åt en 80-åring! Så fint med en uppgradering, ballonger på rummet och en goodie-bag! Fantastisk frukostbuffé med utsikt över norra hamn.
Vi är otroligt nöjda med vår vistelse och vill särskilt lyfta den fantastiska personalen! När vi anlände blev vi mycket trevligt bemötta av Inez i receptionen, som gav oss ett varmt välkomnande och en riktigt bra start på vistelsen, hon passar in i yrket och har en fin personlighet. När vi sedan kom tillbaka för vår andra natt med en ny bokning möttes vi av Vilmer, som var lika professionell, vänlig och hjälpsam. Ett extra stort tack också till Alexander, som verkligen visade vad service i toppklass innebär genom att ordna så att vi kunde förlänga vår utcheckning – något vi uppskattade mycket. Även övrig personal var genomgående vänlig, uppmärksam och serviceinriktad, vilket skapade en mycket trivsam atmosfär under hela vistelsen. Frukosten var dessutom superbra – ett fint utbud och en härlig start på dagen. Vi uppskattade särskilt att personalen mötte blicken, hälsade och fick oss att känna oss välkomna. Sammanfattningsvis en vistelse där bemötandet verkligen gjorde skillnad – vi kommer gärna tillbaka!
