Yoga classes
Welcome to our yoga studio. A relaxing space where we hold yoga classes with a focus on energy, balance, and flow for both beginners and more advanced yogis.

Feelgood flow
Mondays at 18:00-19:00 & Fridays at 11:00-11:45
A varied flow class with a focus on creating new energy, balance, and harmony. In a relaxed environment, you have the opportunity to check out from everyday life and connect with yourself to be guided through a pleasant flow for both body and mind. The class is intermediate but always varied and can be adapted based on level.
Yoga For Men
Wednesdays at 8:30-9:30
This beginner class is specially designed for men who want to explore yoga in a safe and relaxed environment. The class includes an introduction to yoga, promotes relaxation, and increases body mobility with elements of strength, balance, and coordination.
Hit Yoga
Wednesdays at 17:30-18:20 & Thursdays at 11:45-12:30
A more challenging flow class where the pace and music are a bit higher and more intense. You can expect to do a number of sun salutations with elements of body strength that primarily challenge your core. The class provides a wonderful boost for both the body and mind.
Slow Flow
Wednesdays at 18:30-19:30 & Fridays at 07:30-08:30
A calm flow class with a focus on relaxation and recovery. We increase the body's mobility by performing gentle stretching positions at a slow pace, combined with a slow flow. The class always begins with guided meditation for increased mindfulness. It's suitable for both beginners and more advanced yogis who want a gentle start to the day.
