If you prefer to eat in your room, we offer room service and should you get hungry when the kitchen is closed; we can always arrange a sandwich, snacks and hot drinks. We always offer options for those with special diets and allergies.

Keep up with your active lifestyle when staying with us. We always offer a gym at the hotel or a fitness facility nearby. We also offer running routes in the app Runkeeper developed by the hotel's staff so that you can discover the city during a refreshing run through the city. Many of our hotels also have a sauna, relax or spa.

If you travel with a wheelchair and need extra space or other resources, please contact us in advance. We will plan your visit together with you so that you will experience a comfortable stay in our historic hotels with different floor planning.

We pay attention to the details

• The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion.
• There is a hairdryer in the room.
• All hotels offer laundry service.
• The majority of our rooms include an iron and an ironing board, and if not, the hotel has an ironing room.

Elite Hotels offer parking facilities in the hotel’s building or a nearby parking garage. We will guide you to a parking space with charging posts for electric cars or plug-in hybrids, in our garages, a nearby parking garage or a public outdoor parking lot.

We will help you access a bike when you stay with us. Many of our hotels have bikes to borrow, and if not, we will help you rent a bike from local bike rentals.

We have some rooms in our hotels that are pets friendly. Please contact the hotel when you make your reservation to check if a pet-friendly room is available.

Any person can suffer a cardiac arrest. Our hotels have defibrillators, and the staff is trained to handle them. We are also registered in the national register for the nearest register iso that we can assist both our guests and people in the vicinity.

Elite Hotels has the highest security systems, directly linked to both the fire brigade and the police. Entrances and exits are alarmed, our staff are trained, and we have an advanced security system including smoke detectors and emergency lights.

We want you to feel secure when you leave your valuables in the room instead of carrying them with you. The majority have a safety deposit box, often electronic, for your valuables. Safe storage is also available at the front desk.
