Our meeting rooms are equipped with WiFi, whiteboard, flipchart, projector, notepads, pens and mineral water. We provide other technical equipment entirely as required.

Octagonal Sveasalen is one of our most popular rooms and part of the large Svea suite. This is Elite Plaza Hotel's largest conference room and seats 50 people theatre style. The large windows with views towards Västra Hamngatan create a bright and beautiful environment to meet in. Originally, the room was a salon in the Director's residence and in 1909 the room became the boardroom for Svea Brand- och Lifförsäkringsbolag.
The beautiful Mahardjasalen is part of the Mahardja suite and is suitable for groups up to 60 people. Large windows facing Västra Hamngatan make the room light and inviting. The Mahardjasalen also has a wonderful heritage-listed ceiling carved by Junghänel & Richter when the house was built in the late 1800s. The room held the office of the CEO of Svea Brand- och Lifförsäkringsbolag at one time.
Gustavisalen is our modern facility that is directly connected to the Florentine Pillar Hall where conference refreshments will be served. The venue has permanent technical equipment and a window toward our restaurant Swea Wine & Dine. It can accommodate up to 40 people theatre style.
Vinarkivet was initially the old insurance archive of Svea Brand- och Livförsäkringsbolag, which we rebuilt. Vinarkivet is perfect for wine tastings or a dinner for up to 50 people. Or why not invite your customers to a rewarding breakfast seminar in a different environment.
Our group room is suitable for meetings of up to eight people and has permanent technical equipment.
Our 3 group rooms are smaller rooms suitable for meetings of up to 6 people. These rooms are part of our junior suites and feature, in addition to meeting places for 6 people, a sitting area and a 55-inch TV which you can connect to a computer.
