Our conference floor has 19 meeting rooms, 11 conference rooms and eight group rooms. Our largest conference room can be furnished for up to 500 delegates, we can also arrange banquets with entertainment for up to 400 guests. All rooms are modernly equipped with the latest technology, air conditioning and WiFi. The service staff is one of the most important components to ensure that your event is successful. Therefore, we have our own team of conference staff on hand before, during and after your meeting.

Havet is our largest conference room. In this classy venue, meetings and celebrations are held in style. The Havet design was inspired by a French conservatory – the ceiling is high with large windows on the long sides (no daylight), a large stage and two balconies. This venue offers great sound, perfect lighting and good ventilation and has room for up to 500 people. In this amazing venue, you are cordially invited to attend a conference or enjoy a gala dinner. In other words, Havet is suitable for any event that requires something extraordinary.

If you need more space, you can book Vakteln, the adjoining room. If you have booked a gala dinner in Havet, it is nice to welcome everyone and invite them to a glass of champagne in Viljan.

Directions by car

From E20: take the exit Eskilstuna C and follow the signs towards the city centre. Drive by the church building to your left and follow the road across the bridge. Turn left at the roundabout and you will see the hotel.

Directions by train

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Eskilstuna Central Station. Walk along Drottninggatan, turn right at Hamngatan next to the river (Eskilstunaån). The hotel is opposite the church building with two towers.
