Selma Lagerlöf

A bright and spacious venue with adjustable size.

Selma Lagerlöf is the largest of our meeting rooms. This bright venue has large windows and overlooking the alley called Bäverns gränd. Selma Lagerlöf offers generous space for larger conferences and is an ideal venue for banquets and other celebrations. We use the latest technique to project two movie screens and there are possibilities to use both a headset and a hand-held microphone. It can be used as a single space or split into smaller meeting rooms.

Dag Hammarskjöld

Dag Hammarsköld is part of Selma Lagerlöf, a meeting room with large windows that provide plenty of light. With a capacity for up to 60, it is ideal for larger meetings, events and product launches. Dag Hammarsköld is located close to our conference entrance and towards Bäverns gränd. The meeting room is equipped with a projector and the possibility to connect your laptop via HDMI or VGA.

At Elite Hotel Academia, you can enjoy excellent food and a great selection of beverages. We offer three restaurants, Restaurant Nobel, The Bishops Arms and Miss Voon. Our breakfast buffet and delicious lunches are served in Restaurant Nobel. The Bishops Arms offer a broad selection of draft beer and whiskey and can arrange drink tastings and after works for your conference group. At the top floor you will find the restaurant Miss Voon, part of the F12 group. Here you can enjoy Asian-influenced flavours with magnificent views of Uppsala.

Directions by air

The commuter train to/from Arlanda Airport is just 18 minuter. Upplands local bus 801 also goes between Uppsala and Stockholm Arlanda Airport.

Directions by car

From E4: Follow signs towards Uppsala. Take exit 186 towards Uppsala centre. Follow Kungsängsleden (road 55) through two roundabouts and turn right at Kungsgatan. Drive on to Bäverns Gränd and another 1,5 km to Elite Hotel Academia.

Directions by train

Uppsala Central station is located next to the hotel. Regional and commuter trains, as well as buses, stop here. Read more here.
