Since its inauguration in 1907, the hotel has been a central meeting place in Västerås, and over the years we have taken care of the classically appealing environment and adapted it to our guests' needs and wishes. The hotel's 8 conference rooms blend lovely Art Nouveau style with modern technology. It is possible to open up the doors between some of the rooms, to create a "flow" during trade fairs, for example. The hotel has no group rooms, but there are plenty of spaces with couches and the like that are used frequently by conference guests for group work.

Elite Stadshotellet Västerås' largest room is Stora Salen, which is ideal for large conference groups, trade fairs, or perhaps a fashion show? The room is heritage-listed and has bright colours and large windows. At night it can be transformed into a fantastic dining room and ballroom. Adjacent to the Stora Salen is our terrace, which is suitable for both a coffee break or a mingle.
Djäknesalen is our second largest room and it has the most modern feeling, with flexible furniture where guests can choose whether to open up to the breakfast room and the public area right next door. There is also a permanent stage here.
This venue is adjacent to the Stora Salen and is beautifully decorated in a dark pink colour, hence its name, Skära Salongen (the Pink Salon).
A beautiful venue with chandeliers and mirrors on the walls. This venue takes up to 70 people.
Västra Salongen is a bright, lovely room with high ceilings and large windows with plenty of natural light. You can open up a folding wall into Östra Salongen.
Östra Salongen is adjacent to Stora salen and it is possible to open a folding wall into Västra Salongen.
Classic board room, carefully decorated for a luxurious feel. The furniture is a fixed board seat. Styrelserummet has fixed furnishings with a board table.
This room is located is adjacent to our conference centre. Renovated in 2010 in a modern style.
