Conference & meetings

Havet is our largest conference room. In this classy venue, meetings and celebrations are held in style. The Havet design was inspired by a French conservatory – the ceiling is high with large windows on the long sides (no daylight), a large stage and two balconies. This venue offers great sound, perfect lighting and good ventilation and has room for up to 500 people. In this amazing venue, you are cordially invited to attend a conference or enjoy a gala dinner. In other words, Havet is suitable for any event that requires something extraordinary.

Viljan, with its light, space and stunning views of Eskilstuna River, is a perfect place for grandiose events. The venue is a popular choice for conferences, AGMs, trade fairs, cocktails and dinners. If you need more space, you can book Vakteln, the adjoining room. If you have booked a gala dinner in Havet, it is nice to welcome everyone and invite them to a glass of champagne in Viljan.

Imagination is your only limitation. In this attractive room, the scenery is spectacular. Outside, the Eskilstuna River glitters, surrounded by the City Park. Open the balcony door and let the fresh air into the conference or among the elegant guests. If you need more space, it is possible to rent the adjoining room, Viljan – this makes the space flexible and adaptable to your requirements.

Skolmästaren is located on the first floor. A light and attractive room with natural light and a modern setting. It is great for breakfast meetings, lunch sessions or training courses. Skolmästaren is perfectly suited for meetings up to 55 people.

If you would like to have some more privacy during a small meeting, our room Ostran is ideal. With room for up to 20 people and without fixed seating, it is up to you how you wish to sit. The room has windows (not daylight) and is in close proximity to the group rooms.

Are you planning a board meeting or training session? Vörten is perfectly suited for groups of up to 50 people. In this venue, you have the option to start the day with breakfast or stay there over lunch – meetings are often more rewarding when there are breaks from the agenda. The room has natural light and parquet floors and is located on the 2^nd floor.

Welcome to an inspiring setting for your smaller conferences. Overlooking the Eskilstuna River, Niten is located on the first floor which makes it great for breakfast meetings. Our large breakfast buffet is served close to Y-Won Bar & Grill downstairs. Good ideas and creative meetings sometimes require extra space. When you rent Niten, it is also possible to book the adjacent room Nystfoten. 

Time for a board meeting or product launch? Impress with a modern facility in a stunning setting overlooking the Eskilstuna River. The venue Visheten is our most exclusive room, ideal for great presentations. The fireplace, left over from the 1930s, provides an elegant entrance and has light streaming in from two directions.

Nystfoten is located on the first floor with windows along both long sides. With room for up to 25 people and without fixed seating, it is up to you how you wish to sit. If you need more space its possible to book the conference room Niten just next to Nystfoten. The room is in close proximity to the group rooms.

Värjan is a suitable room if you are planning a small meeting or need a larger group room with seating for up to 12 people. The venue is adjacent to our small group rooms.

Nötknäpparen is a suitable room if you are planning a small meeting or as a large group room, seating up to 12 people. The room has windows, however, no natural light, and is adjacent to our small group rooms.

We have a total of 8 group rooms located in the centre of the building on the 1st and 2nd floor and can accommodate up to 8 people in boardroom style.
