The Wood Hotel and Sara Kulturhus offer modern meeting facilities. The hotel has 3 meeting rooms on the 4th floor with a total capacity of 230 people in cinema seating. Sara Kulturhus offers 6 stages, of which the largest can accommodate 1,200 people with modern technology and the smaller rehearsal stage that can accommodate about 60 people in a cinema. In the house, culture, art, museum activities coexist on the surfaces and offer the guest a unique experience for their conference.

The Wood Hotel, Skellefteå

Elite Hotels has opened its forty-first hotel in one of the world's tallest wooden buildings, right in the centre of Skellefteå. The 20-storey wooden tower and its connected building have in total 205 modern hotel rooms, a large congress room for up to 1200 people, several conference and meeting rooms, three restaurants, a sky bar, and a spa facility with a spectacular panoramic view over the city.

Directions

Directions by air

Take the airport bus that connects to all arriving flights (20 min transfer). Walk from Skellefteå bus station, 350m to the hotel.

Directions by car

Follow the E4 and turn off onto Kanalgatan. Turn left into Torggatan where the hotel is located. Hotel guests are permitted to drive up to the hotel for unloading and loading.

Directions by train

ARRIVAL BY TRAIN
Take the train to Jörn or Bastuträsk. Then take the train bus that connects to the arriving train (45/60 min transfer). Walk from Skellefteå Bus station.

 

ARRIVAL BY BUS
Go from Skellefteå bus station and follow the Södra railway road east. Turn down onto Torggatan where the hotel is located (5 min walk)
