Selma Lagerlöf is the largest of our meeting rooms. This bright venue has large windows and overlooking the alley called Bäverns gränd. Selma Lagerlöf offers generous space for larger conferences and is an ideal venue for banquets and other celebrations. We use the latest technique to project two movie screens and there are possibilities to use both a headset and a hand-held microphone. It can be used as a single space or split into smaller meeting rooms.
Dag Hammarsköld is part of Selma Lagerlöf, a meeting room with large windows that provide plenty of light. With a capacity for up to 60, it is ideal for larger meetings, events and product launches. Dag Hammarsköld is located close to our conference entrance and towards Bäverns gränd. The meeting room is equipped with a projector and the possibility to connect your laptop via HDMI or VGA.
Kai Siegbahn is a part of Selma Lagerlöf, also naturally lit by large windows. The meeting room is ideal for mid-sized business conferences or private events with close access to our restaurant. The meeting room is equipped with a projector and the possibility to connect your laptop via HDMI or VGA.
Arne Tiselius is a mid-sized meeting room with large windows overlooking our courtyard and providing plenty of natural light. With a capacity up to 50, the room is ideal for mid-sized meeting, workshops and training sessions. A perfect conference room for small meetings. The room is located on the courtyard with large windows which brings natural light into the room. The room is equipped with a projector with the ability to connect a computer via HDMI or VGA.
Nelly Sachs is a conference and meeting room ideal for smaller meetings. The room has large windows allowing natural light to create an airy atmosphere. The meeting room is equipped with a projector and the ability to connect a laptop via HDMI or VGA. The room comes with great video streaming opportunities with a camera and microphone.
Elsa Beskow is our creative meeting room, ideal for team or board meetings. It is equipped with a speaker system, a 65-inch TV and the possibility to connect your laptop via HDMI. Let the creativity loose with fun activities. Elsa Beskow has a ping-pong table, football games, dart and basket. The meeting room is in also close access to the hotel's gym and can be organized according to your business meeting needs.
Panorama is a meeting room on the top floor that offers, as its name indicates, a fantastic view over the city. Panorama is the only meeting room in Uppsala with a view and is a perfect venue for a small-sized meeting, board meeting or business strategy meeting.
The meeting room “Mötessviten” on the ninth floor offers an amazing view over Uppsala towards Uppsala Castle and Uppsala cathedral. The suite is an ideal meeting space for small meetings or interviews. A dedicated meeting area is equipped with a TV screen and the possibility to connect your laptop via HDMI. The suite also has a bedroom and dining room.
