It is possible to organize everything from a private dinner for a small group to a large event with 1000 guests in our party venues. We provide you with the conditions you need to feel secure in carrying out your arrangement. A staff of professional staff will help you plan, manage projects and make your special occasion something extra special.

Our creative kitchen team offers delicious menus with great variety, and they are happy to help compose everything from exciting break menus and delicious gala dinners to other culinary meals.

Västerås airport, to and from Västerås Kongress by car takes around 10 minutes. Bus 3 departs every 15 minutes and takes around 19 minutes.

Directions by car

Västerås' central location in Sweden makes it easy to get here by both car and train, and Västerås Kongress is only 100 meters from Västerås central station.

Directions by train

Efficient bus and train connections. E18 runs just outside the city center and Västerås airport, which is also a stone's throw from the city.
