As a member of Elite Hotels Rewards, you can easily claim and register your missing points for a qualifying stay.
We can retroactively register points up to six months after your stay, provided you were a member of Elite Hotels Rewards at the time of earning. If you have just become a member, you can register stays that occurred up to one month before the day you became a member. You do not earn points on stays booked through third parties.
