Verkligen ett jättefint hotell, rejäla rum och bra frukost!
Fint hotell alt i alt Rommet vi fikk var et familierom, og vi hørte de på det andre rommet veldig godt. Rommet var fælt og ukoselig, og veldig fargeløst og «beige». Har aldri bodd på et så fælt hotellrom på noen Elite Hoteller. Bråk/sus utenfor, sildrelyder på badet fra nabo rom, og iskaldt på badet Fikk også parkeringsbot på bil vi hadde parkert i parkeringshus, pga feil registrering av registreringsnummer på bil!!

Rummet Otrevlig personal i receptionen. De såg besvärade ut att låta mig checka in. När jag checkade ut bad jag att de skulle lägga till mina poäng och då blev tillsagd att boka via hemsidan och att han gör mig en tjänst idag.

Vi är som vanligt väldigt nöjda med att bo hos er. Alla är hjälpsamma och trevliga. Fint, rent och allt finns. Fantastisk frukost. Min dotter blev väldigt glad för erbjudandet med extra specialkuddar. Vi är nöjda med allt.
Ett av de bästa hotell jag bott på. Atmosfären på hela hotellet, osade lyx och bekvämligheter. Rummet var supermysigt och fräscht. Personalen var trevlig och väldigt hjälpsam. Frukosten var superb med bra allergialternativ samt bra för veganer. Inget.

As usul when I stay here, the team on duty was pleasant and helpful. I was provided with a really nice room, enjoyed fast Internet, and ate a great breakfast with a plethora of choices.

Receptionspersonalen, frukostmatsalen, loungemiljön Fortsätt på inslagna vägen
Fantastiskt atmosfär, som ett boutique hotell och bl. a. underbar miljö för frukost! I tillägg har ni smyckat hotellet mycket vackert och stämningsfullt nu till jul! Utvecklingspotential: Möbelmässan på stolarna i frukostmatsalen, låter fruktansvärt nu. Glutenfritt bröd före middag i restaurang Svea, känns tråkigt att titta på nör maken äter. Men utmärkt Glutenfritt bröd till hamburgare, det bästa jag smakat.
Fantastiskt läge och ett riktigt bra hotell. Vi blev dessutom uppgraderade till ett Deluxe rum vilket satte ytterligare guldkant på vistelsen :-)!
Bemötandet av kvinnan i receptionen gav mycket. Att receptionen ringde rummet på kvällen och ville hjälpa att bädda soffan om jag behövde. Då jag hade två barnbarn med. Vilken service! Ett behagligt lugn och trivsamhet fanns på hotellet och sorlet utanför stängdes av. Ett hotell man återkommer till.

Drive Götaleden to Fredrikshamn and Centrum Syd. About 200 meters after GöteborgsOperan, turn left directly after Hotell Göteborg and left again so that you go round the house. Stay in the right lane and turn first right to Lilla Torget. Continue straight forward and take the first street to the right (Fiskekrogen will be on your right), first left and then first right. You are now at Västra Hamngatan and the hotel is the second building on the right side.
