Rent och fräscht och trevlig personal Allt var så bra som det kunde
Att jag blev väl bemött, fina frukosten och det fräscha gymmet. Jag funderar på om det inte kanske skulle va frostat glas mellan gym och spa. Det känns lite som man nästan stör spabesökarna när man tränar. Sen var det teveapparaten som plötsligt vaknar mitt i natten. Det har tyvärr hänt förut. Jag vet inte om den får någon strömimpuls eller om någon tidigare gäst roat sig med att sätta en timer. Men detta har hänt tidigare på detta hotell i andra rum. Annars så uppskattar jag att man streama och så.

Trevlig personal (inkl städare och restaurang), rent och snyggt, allt nödvändigt på plats (Dock önskar jag mig alltid morgonrock men det är sällan det finns). Middagen på restaurangen var inte jättekul.

Fin service, härlig uppgradering (tack för den!) och ett mycket fräscht gym med alla redskap man behöver! Många hotellgym är ofta gömda nere i källaren vilket kan kännas lite otryggt men ert är på markplan, med fönster ut mot gatan och nära receptionen. Snyggt! Inget som jag kan komma på, supernöjd!

Not to have told us at arrival that we had been "upgraded" to a familyroom instead of the doubleroom with 2 separete beds that we actually had booked. It was not an upgrade at all, it was a double bed and also a bunkbed suited for small children that we had no use of. The smell of the bodylotion was horrible, maby it was expired, had to wash it off.

The upgrade that you receieved from a standard double room to a family room is considered a upgrade because the family rooms are bigger. I understand your frustration with not being given a room with 2 separate beds as requested when booking. Unfortunatly we do have a limited amount of rooms where we are able to seperate the beds and on your day of arrival we already had other guests checked in to all of those rooms. We will of course take a look at our routines when confirming a room with separate beds to make sure that this does not happen again. Trevlig hotell o stort. Fin frukostbuffé. Hade önskat lite mer mysigt rum då vi hade en familjesvit. Lite kalt och plastigt i badrummet. Spat var mysigt men saknade pubbelbol och någon mer bastu. Lite skralt utbud. Men i de stor bra vistelse.

Trevlig personal och ett fint hotell. Vi var inte på Spa den här gången men vi har varit där förut och vet att det är ett jätte fint Spa. Vi bodde 2 nätter och hade gärna haft ett lite större rum men allt var jättebra

Tystnaden vid sänggåendet. Inget som störde. Närheten till centrum. Bra parkering och inte minst den tillmötesgående personalen. Vi trivdes inte direkt med sängarna. För höga och för mjuka. Frukosten upplevdes trång och borden fick vänta på att bli avplockade. Därav uppstod väntan på bord. Personalen gjorde sitt bästa med svetten rinnandes. Kunde ha planerats lite bättre med ansvar för en sektion istf. att försöka vara överallt. Frukosten var annars bra.

Fantastiskt spa. Vi reste med två barn (2 & 6år) och dom var väldigt nöjda också. Grym frulle också! Möjlighet att ställa temperaturen på rummet hade uppskattats. Dock hade vi fläkt på rummet.
