Nice room, coffee facility in room, nice bar/food The beds were a little hard, beaked beans would of been nice with breakfast

Hotellrummet Vore toppen om man fick veta innan vi kom in till vana spa, redan betalat och ombytta till badkläder att kallbaden ej fungerade, då de var en stor anledning för 2 av 3 i sällskapet till att vi bokade spa. Vore också önskvärt att frukost värdinnan vore mera tillmötesgående. Vi hade bokat frukost 8.00 men chansade och gick ner 7.45 för att hinna äta i lugn och ro innan ombyte/tiden på spa. Fick ej gå in före vår tid trots att det var minst 20 lediga platser, däremot släppte hon in andra före oss som hade samma frukosttid. Blev lovad att receptionisten skulle kolla upp om det gick att få tillbaka en del av avgiften för spa entre, men ej hört något ännu. Detta borde gå lösa direkt vid utcheckning? Fick råa hamburgare i restaurangen , hade knappt någon stekyta.

Prisvärd upplevelse, bra standard för det man betalar för. Två saker som rejält drog ner betyget på vår vistelse. 1. Vid besöket på Vana Spa var det andra gäster som använder mobiltelefoner (röstsamtal på högtalare, videosamtal, videoklipp med ljud på samt en person som till och med låg i poolen och använde sin telefon). Inte helt i linje med vad vi hade tänkt oss kring en avkopplande spaupplevelse. Förslag (om ni vill att vi ska besöka er igen) är att göra spa-delen till en mobilfri zon. Alternativt att ni tillåter telefon i lobbyn. Får lyfta fram er personal som var lyhörd och lyssnade på våra klagomål, samt sa till de gäster som inte skötte sig (även om det bara gav effekt för en liten stund). 2. Väldigt mycket folk samt dålig logistik vid frukosten. Överväg att införa frukost-slot-tider som man kan boka in sig på. Överväg även gärna placering av bufféstationerna för att undvika trängsel.

Bra välstädat rum. Läget är bra. Lätt att parkera Frukosten var lite kaos. Vi fick stå och vänta i minst 10 min. Då det ej fanns sittplatser. Personalen hann ej med att fylla på mat och plocka undan. Utbudet var inte vad man förväntade sig då rummet var relativt dyrt.
