Built in 1906, this impressive building is home to this prestigious hotel which is centrally situated by the Motala river. It has a beautiful banquet hall, a prime waterfront location and a gastropub with a spacious outdoor area.
A stay at Elite Grand Hotel is more than just a stay in a hotel. We want to give you a total experience that offers tradition, quality, and luxury. The hotel is beautifully located by the Motala River in a luxurious building from the turn of the last century, with walking distance to shopping malls and restaurants.
With 190 rooms and 11 meeting rooms, we can accommodate many guests at the same time and convey a homely atmosphere. Our pub The Bishops Arms is located on the riverside of the hotel and has the best view in town.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
From April to October 2025, the City of Norrköping will be carrying out major roadwork along Drottninggatan, adjacent to Elite Grand Hotel.
During this period, construction-related noise may occur Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM, except during July when work will be paused for the summer holidays. Road access will be affected, and temporary closures may impact the driving route to the hotel’s main entrance. Signage will be in place from major roads to help guide guests to the hotel.

Elite Grand Hotel is centrally located by the Motala River at Tyska Torget in Norrköping. The building has a long history and was first inaugurated in 1906. The hotel boasts a beautiful banquet hall, a prime waterfront location and a gastropub with a spacious outdoor area.

Läge var jätte bra och det var jätte tyst på hotellet.. Frukosten var super nice.. Allt var tipp topp..
Så gulligt mottagande av oss och hundarna, med hundbädd, skålar, godis mm. FANTASTISK frukostbuffé. Lite lyhört, men öronproppar fanns på rummet. Synd att det bara finns 1 hiss. Det blev långa väntetider (hund kan inte gå i trappa) framför allt på morgon och utcheckning.
Rent, lugnt och fint. Mitt i gammla stan. Bra frukost, bra personal❤️ Allt var bra 😊

Rummet var toppenfint. Och en tjej som jobbar på Bishops gav verkligen bra service. Och frukosten får inte glömmas att nämnas. Ingenting denna gång.

Städningen behöver förbättras. Gardiner och lakan är inte rena. Duschmunstycket är trasigt. Soffan är av dålig kvalitet och obekväm. Garderoben är smutsig, likaså handdukarna. Det är mycket lyhört, och nätterna känns lite kalla. Rekommenderar inte.

Trevligt bemötande i receptionen. Killen fixade rummet tidigare. Sedan träffade vi honom på frukosten o han pratade o frågade om teatern varit bra. Sen var allt bra Vet ej

Underbart rum. Fin utsikt. Tacksam otroligt fin rumservic. Vänliga människor. På fyllning. Kaffe The vin och godis. Lyx Ni kan inte göra något bättre. Perfekt. Proffsigt. Sedan fram mot en ny resa.

Att det låg centralt. God frukost även om den var liten och utspridd.trevlig personal. Att hotellrummet var mindre dammigt. Tjockt lager damm kring dörrposter o fläktar. Beställde morgonrockar vid beställningen så de skulle finnas samt frukt. Inget fanns då vi anlände. När vi väl fick morgonrockarna så var de anpassade för barn ungefär. Enda storleken de hade. Glödlampor saknades. Persienner som borde bytts för många år sedan. Blev ljust på morgonen. Hissar som inte släppte ut och så fick man åka upp och ner några gånger innan man kom ut. Tid för större renovering på hotellet.

ALLA i personalen var trevliga och bemötte mig och mitt sällskap på ett fantastiskt sätt! Den goda frukosten. Maten och darten på Bishops. Möjligheten till lekrum för barnen i anslutning till frukosten! De sköna sängarna samt känslan av lite extra vardagslyx. Hade kanske önskat att få ”tipspromenaden” vid incheckning istället för utcheckning. Fast det gick bra att kryssa i ändå :)
Mycket trevligt och proffesionellt mottagande i receptionen. Förbättra och förtydliga Skyltningen på plan 1samt koncentrera utbudet vid frukosten till en plats. (Kaffe, juice mm utspritt med dålig skyltning)

Bemötandet och överraskningen när vi checkade in. Välkomstdrink på alla hjärtans dag samt det lilla extra på rummet. När vi nu var många sångfåglar som skulle träffas så fick vi inte samlas och sjunga tillsammans någonstans under kvällarna. Det var tråkigt. Vi kanske skulle ha kunnat bli hänvisade till ett utrymme där vi inte störde någon annan och ändå fick sjunga tillsammans.
Trevlig personal, fint och fräscht rum, otroligt god och fräsch frukostbuffé! Smidigt att boka parkering i parkeringshus nära så vi kunde utforska Norrköping båda dagarna. Kan inte komma på något.

Bra, competent och trevlig personal. Bra service med tillgång till kaffe, vatten och lite fika i receptionen. Bra service för vår hund som fick egen säng, matskål och lite godis. Allt toppen. Egentligen inget.

Snabbt och smidigt för att boka en natt med kort varsel till ett bra pris. Det är en speciell lukt när man tar hissen upp till sin rum och även i korridoren som behöver undersökas och förbättras.
Jag börjar med att jag verkligen gillar era hotell, bokar alltid Elite som första val. Grand hotell Norrköping med sitt fina läge har i mitt tycke lite att jobba på. Mitt rum va inte speciellt renstädat. Ludd och damm på mattan, tandkrämsrester i handfatet slitna väggar med färgskav, totalt sätt ganska omysigt rum för att vara Elite. Hissarna är långsamma och slitna. Totalt intryck för att vara ett Elite hotell med namnet Grand Hotell lever inte upp till upplevelsen. Förövrigt bra med frukost och personal. Ovan nämnda
Väldigt välkomnade personal och fina rum med bra städning. Blev bemött av en kille som hjälpte direkt med parkeringen, vi fick höra att det nämligen var gratis att stå på gatan. Jag och min sambo firade årsdag och fick bubbel på rummet, som var väldigt trevligt och gick emot det vi hade förväntat oss. Rummet var bra städat och vi fick ett väldigt fint hörn rum. Märktes att det var ganska slitet badrum, men det funkade. Var lite för utspridd frukost men förstår att ni gör det bästa med det utrymme ni har.

Drottninggatan across the bridge and the hotel is on the left at Tyska Torget.
By car from the E4 north
Follow the signs to the central station. Turn right at the central station and continue straight ahead about 300 metres and the hotel is on your left.

Follow the signs to the central station. Turn right at Finspång roundabout (gas station on the left side) and continue along Norra Promenaden to the central station where you turn right and continue straight forward about 300 metres to the hotel on the left side.
