Here, in the city’s highest building, we offer 146 beautifully decorated rooms and modern conference facilities. There are a gym and sauna at the top of the 14-story building with a magical panoramic view of Öviksfjärden.
Enjoy good food and drinks served in a genuine English pub environment at The Bishops Arms. In the summer, the gastropub also offers a large outdoor terrace next to the water.

Fin utsikt från rummet, bra läge. Bra spapaket. Sängarna är inte speciellt sköna. Rangliga, så sängen rör sig mycket när den andra vänder på sig, trots 200cm bred. Tunna omysiga täcken. Utcheckning 11 och dyrt om man bara vill förlänga till 12.
Frukosten kan vara bättre.
Bra standard på rummet och bra frukost utbud. Vid besöket så pågick renoveringar och bastu var avstängd, detta kunde ha informerats vid bokningen. Antalet sittplatser vid frukosten var för får jämfört med antalet gäster.
Nära till paradis spa Värme på toaletten hadde varit skönt, klinker golv utan golv värme är inte skönt, det var som ett kylskåp tycker vi, sängarna i vårt rum var inte sköna. ☹️
Läget! Saknade golvvärme i badrummet!
Närheten it Hägglunds arena och plats att sitta och jobba i hotellet!

Parkeringssystemet är nog på medaljplats avseende krångel. Bökigt, tidskrävande och kvittot kan du glömma. Hur kan nåt så enkelt som att parkera bilen bli så komplicerat??

The service! The girl with long blond hair in the reception. Everything was perfect!
Hjälpsam personal och bra frukost. Välstädade rum. Fräscht allmänintryck. TV fungerade inte, vi fick dessbättre byta rum. (Lite krångligt system, även om vi löste problemet till slut). Största förbättringsområdet är entre’n. Det borde finnas en hylla m stång och galgar i st f de krokar som finns innanför dörren. Plats även för hylla i den stängda garderoben. Sopsorteringen kan förbättras. Många gäster är inställda på att sortera direkt på rummet.

Rummet mycket över förväntan, bokade ett lite större rum . Fantastiskt trevliga och hjälp samma personal på Bishop att ta upp maten på rummet. Köpte 3 olika mycket goda förrätter , kanon. Bra information och trevlig hotell personalen Inte mycket, möjligtvis ett våffeljärn till.

Stora fina rum, trevlig personal, hundrum och nära gratis parkering, Allt var bra fortsätt så.
Trevligt läge! Bra personal och fina rum. Frukosten var lagom utsvävande, det som man ville ha fanns och allt var gott och färskt. Hellre att man har bra mat än att man har mer som man inte kan hålla efter. Nej, jag var mycket nöjd och kommer tillbaka nästa gång jag åker uppåt.
Det ligger så bra till Vi saknade utrymmen där vi kunde träffas och ta det lugnt tillsammans med vårt resesällskap,nu fick vi samlas 6 personer i ett dubbelrum

Trevligt bemötande, god frukost, fint hotell Städningen av golven var tyvärr under all kritik. Golven var ej rengjorda efter tidigare gäster och vi sa till om detta men det utfördes inte. Jag såg även att bord hade fläckar efter tidigare gäster. Det fanns även godis kvar på golvet.
