Restaurant Mandel takes its name from the mandel potato – an ingredient deeply rooted in northern Sweden and an essential part of Nordic culinary tradition. The name reflects our love for local flavours, seasonal produce and ingredients with a strong sense of identity. For us, the mandel potato symbolises simplicity, quality and the joy of good food.
