This year’s Christmas buffet is thoughtfully composed, with careful attention to both ingredients and expression. Familiar favourites are given space, alongside a gentle sense of renewal. Classic pickled herrings and traditional dishes are complemented by modern touches, where locally sourced ingredients and seasonal flavours create a balanced and harmonious whole.
The buffet is served in the elegant setting of Elite Palace Hotel in Stockholm, where a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere frames the evening. It is a place to gather — whether for a corporate Christmas dinner, an evening with friends, or a celebration with family.
The evening begins with a mulled wine reception in the lobby bar, followed by a classic Swedish Christmas buffet in the restaurant, where every detail is carefully considered to create a cohesive experience. The buffet is served from 23 November to 22 December, inviting you to enjoy a moment where both flavours and company can unfold at an unhurried pace.
