The bed is very comfortable. The restaurant manager was very nice. My kid is picky on breakfast food and she only wanted banana. The restaurant manager helped to order banana so my kid can take banana for her breakfast for the whole period of our stay (5 days 4 nights). For breakfast, some smoothie they were so good and once the staff took it out, it got empty very quickly. I was waiting the Mango smoothie and Kiwi juice (they are so good!). I took one glass since we sat down, until we finished breakfast then I had the chance to get a second glass. I would suggest if the staff observe some smoothie and some breakfast food are popular, you should prepare more to refill those popular food. Overall the experience in the hotel was great. I have stayed in this hotel many times, indeed every time I came to Umeå, I stayed in Elite Mimer.

Trevlig miljö, jättebra restaurang, behagligt inredda rum. Frukosten på helger är jättebra, gillar särskilt chiapudding, mycket frukt och spännande färskpressad juice. Däremot är sängarna tyvärr för hårda och täckena för tunna för att jag skulle kunna sova okej. Det saknades också extra kuddar eller filtar att kompensera med. På hotell vill man ju gärna kunna sova okej, men jag frös och hade ont i hela kroppen och är glad att jag bara behövde sova där en natt.

Servicen var fantastisk. Rummet var väldigt fint. Restauranger var toppen. Frukosten kanon. Miljön härlig. Vår familj kommer garanterat tillbaka! Helnöjda är vi. Ni hade kunnat be busschaufförerna vid busshållplatsen stänga av motorn när de väntade på avgångstiden. Det lät väldigt högt, alldeles för länge.

Värmen i badrummet. Vi checkade in och fick beskedet att rummet var klart. Det var det inte riktigt; handdukar saknades och lilla skräp/soptunnan i badrummet dök aldrig upp. När vi gått iväg för att köpa mat diskuterade vi om vi glömt att göra en uppgradering eftersom rummet var så litet. Fönstret (vindsfönster) gör inget för de stora ljusa rummen som ett superior ska vara. Det visade sig vara ett superior och vi erbjöds byta men eftersom vi redan börjat packa upp ville vi inte packa ner :) Rekommenderar att ni inte kallar rummen för superior…

Allt var så fint! Receptionen, rummen och matsalen. Frukosten var riktigt god också! Jag vet inte om det fanns att välja som ett tillägg, men det hade varit trevligt med sen utcheckning om det fanns som alternativ.

Fint hotell, fräscha rum Jämfört med tidigare vistelser tyckte jag det var betydligt sämre denna gång. Rummet städades ej trots att skylt sattes på dörren. Frukosten var mkt stökig och mkt tog slut i buffen. Jämfört m förra julen kändes det snålt…och som guldmedlem brukar man alltid få lite extra bra bemötande/ngt på rummet, två skumtomtar i en plastpåse ?

At Elite Hotel Mimer, there are 4 bicycles available for rent at 150 SEK per day, which includes a helmet and a sturdy lock. Umeå is a fantastic city for cycling, with over 240 kilometers of bike paths. We are happy to lend out bike baskets and blankets for those who want to bring a picnic for a day trip and can provide tips on many beautiful excursion destinations. Our bicycles are also a perfect means of transport for those who need to quickly get to a meeting or conference. Please feel free to contact our reception for more information!

As a guest of the Elite Hotel Mimer, you can book a personal trainer at a special price. We offer you an opportunity to keep going during your stay with us. Members of Elite Hotels Rewards receive a 20% discount on the regular price (SEK 850 / hour) and those who have not yet become members receive a 10% discount.

Check-in is guaranteed from 15.00 on the day of arrival and check-out takes place no later than 11.00 on the day of departure.
If you arrive early, we can store your luggage in our luggage room until your room is ready. We can also store your luggage after you have checked out.
Enjoy a comfortable stay with your pets at our hotel. We offer a limited amount of rooms for those who want to bring their furry friend along. Stay together with your pet in your room for an additional cost of 200 SEK/night. Take the time to experience the beautiful nature and enjoy long walks around the hotel area during your stay. Assistance dogs are welcome free of charge, please contact the hotel directly.

Parking garages: Navet and Nanna are nearby and offer plenty of parking spaces, including spots for electric vehicles. Payment can be made via Parkster, EasyPark, or at a parking meter.
Do you have a teenager in the family? You can now book a separate room for your teenager at a favorable rate. Please contact us, and we will assist you with the booking.

Laundry handed in at the front desk before 08:00 Monday–Friday will be returned the same day after 19:00. The laundry bag is located in the closet.

By bus or train
The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Umeå central station. Walk along Rådhusesplanaden towards the city centre. Turn left at Skolgatan and walk across the square with local buses. At the end of the square on your right side is Elite Hotel Mimer.
By car from E4 from north
Drive towards the city centre, follow Västra Esplanaden and at the fourth and last traffic light (before the river) turn left to Storgatan. Continue along Storgatan, turn left before the church and drive a hundred metres to the hotel, located on the right side.
By car from E4 from south
Turn towards the city centre at the roundabout outside IKEA. Drive straight through the first roundabout and keep right for the exit towards Öst-Teg. Keep right when the road is parting and drive straight through the roundabout. Cross the bridge (Kyrkbron) and go left in the roundabout to Storgatan. Turn right to Västra Kyrkogatan and another 100 metres to the hotel.
By air
Umeå Airport is about 6 minutes by taxi from the hotel. The airport transfer bus takes about 20 minutes and the bus stops outside the hotel.
