Så trevligt att bli bjuden på ett glas bubbel vid incheckning. Sån lyx. Trevlig personal från receptionen, städpersonal till alla som fanns till vid frukost.
Bemötandet vid bokning och i övrigt helheten. Vi blev lovade en rabatterad greenfee men den dök aldrig upp! Fast jag skickade mail idag måndag så kan kanske dyka upp något! Annars va d synd att bastun och relax va under ombyggnad.
Rummet var utmärkt. Tyst, bekvämt, gott om utrymme och stora fönster. Trevlig personal. Restaurang Nobel (där frukosten serveras) är ganska opersonlig och upplevs som en kompromiss, blir lite rörigt vid frukosten.

Trevligt hotell med jättetrevlig personal. Bra bemötande i receptionen som fixade så vi fick rum med lite utsikt. Frukost var kanon och hon som jobbade där ,långt hår och glasögon ska ha en stor eloge för jobbet hon gör. Såg hon var hela tiden allert och såg till att inget saknades ändå han hon med att plocka bort och gå runt och fråga om man ville ha mer kaffe. Hon var jättetrevlig och tog sig tid att svara när jag frågade något. Hon borde vara guld värd. Hälsa henne från oss som frågade om våfflor. Tror inget alls ni var så bra så.

The soaps were lovely and the minibar was reasonably priced. I had requested slippers but they were not delivered to my room. I had hoped to use the sauna but unfortunately the gym was being rebuilt. There was an alternative gym but the person at the desk didn’t know if they had a sauna which I found frustrating. I went to the partner-gym to find out myself and sadly, no.

Närheten till stationen
Alltid trevligt bemötande av all personal. Rent och fräscht och en mycket god frukost.
Helheten, rummet, frukosten, trevlig receptionist, närheten till centrum. En espressokapsel till på rummet :)
+ Det är alltid välstädade och trevliga rum när man anländer till ert hotell. Även personalen inger ett fint bemötande oavsett om man möter de i receptionen i korridoren eller på frukosten morgonen efter. Frukosten var som alltid supergod. - Jag har full förståelse och respekt för att personalen behöver ha ett tempo i sitt arbete. Och detta problem är inte personalens fel i grund och botten utan bottnar i att många gäster plockar på sig alldeles för mycket på tallrikarna vilket gör det svårt att få en överblick vilka som fortfarande inte är klar. Men under frukosten gick det lite väl snabbt att bli av med sina tallrikar och glas fulla med juice när man bara hade gått för att plocka på sig lite mer från buffén. Kanske man kan hitta något system med någon form av bordsryttare som man kan ställa ut som ger en bättre tydlighet om man är klar eller ej.

History of the hotel
Chocolate and Silk – Elite Hotels is elaborating on the quarter's tradition, quality, and flair.
Enterprise has long been the heart and soul of the quarter in which Elite Hotel Academia is situated. One notable example is that this was the original home of the venerable Fyris Chocolate Factory, which was founded at the beginning of the 20th century. The factory made toffees, caramel sweets and a vast assortment of chocolate pralines in delectable shapes and forms. In 1936 the premises were taken over by the Uppsala Sidenväverier silk mill, which produced exclusive and fashionable dress fabric collections of the highest quality. The Post Office was established in the '60s in premises which were ultramodern for the time.
