About

The evening starts at 18:30 with a glass of Champagne and delicious amuse-bouche. Then a taste experience out of the ordinary awaits – a luxurious 5-course dinner in our beautiful restaurant At Mollberg. At midnight you stand on the front row and can enjoy Helsingborg's magnificent fireworks, directly from the square outside the hotel.

After a magical evening, you sleep well in one of our comfortable hotel rooms and wake up to a breakfast buffet that ends your stay in the best way. A warm welcome to celebrate the New Year with us at Elite Hotel Mollberg - an experience filled with luxury, taste and festive atmosphere!

Classic raw beef served on endive salad together with a glass of Deutz champagne

Pilgrim carpaccio is served with orange sauce, Viken tomato and sea buckthorn

Intermediate course

Chips Royal Swedish roe served on country chips with crème fraiche, red onion, lemon and dill

Main course

Low temperature veal fillet served with port wine sauce, broccolini, pumpkin cream, potato cake and artichoke chips

Intermediate course

Two cheeses, Svarta Sara and Sörmlandsädel, are served with sour cream bread and tomato/sea buckthorn marmalade.

Dessert

Coffee-spiced crème brûlée is served with tart berries and chocolate flakes
