Advance payment is applied at the time of booking
Can be canceled and rebooked up to 7 days before arrival
In case of cancellation & rebooking later than 7 days, 100% of the total amount of the stay is charged
When purchasing our cancellation protection, which costs SEK 400 per room, cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before 14:00 on the day of arrival
The age limit for Vana Spa is 18 years
Please note that the specified dinner time can be earlier or later by a quarter of an hour (15 minutes), and that you will be notified of your specific dinner time upon check-in at the hotel reception on the day of arrival
A valid credit card and identification must be presented upon check-in
