Members club
Vana Spa Saltsjöqvarn has a number of different year-round subscriptions with a limited number of places. Therefore, we can give you as a member the space you need. To gain access to our member's club, you pay an entrance fee of SEK 1,200. All memberships include gym and conditioning machines, bath and sauna, introductory program (included only for individual memberships) and access to our Hamam subject to availability.

Personal training
We are all different in body and soul and therefore need a training program that is specially adapted to the way we live and what our background is. Our personal trainers guide you to a safe and goal-oriented training. The goal can vary from improving your fitness, increasing your metabolism, flexibility, to strengthening body and soul. They can also help you with dietary issues and weight loss.
A training session lasts 60 minutes.

DUO PT SEK 1,295/occasion (Duo-PT, i.e. where two people train together with a personal trainer)
GROUP TRAINING
Water gymnastics Train with the water as a training partner in our 28-degree pool. You can work with or against the water. It allows you to explore movements without risking injury. Therefore, water training suits both elite athletes and those who want to get started. Through water training, you can improve both strength and fitness. You improve your flexibility and get a better posture.
Hammam yoga We use movements from kundalini and hatha yoga to soften the back, work on balance, de-stress and experience conscious presence. In the Hamam room where we do yoga, it is about 30° humid heat.
